Payment Confirmation

Failed Payments
If a payment fails, the order will not be processed. You may attempt the payment again or choose a different payment method. If the amount has been deducted, it will be refunded automatically by your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in selected cities.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

  • Orders may be canceled if the delivery address is outside the COD service area.

Refunds
Refunds for returned or canceled orders will be processed through the original payment method. The refund may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
